Frequently Asked Questions
How is the profit margin calculated?
Margin = Sales Profit ÷ Sales Price × 100. Sales Profit = Settlement Amount – Purchase Price – Shipping Fee, and the settlement amount is the sales price minus the platform fee.
What is the difference between the discount rate and the discount amount?
The discount rate is the percentage decrease relative to the original price (%), and the discount amount is the actual reduction (KRW). Discount Amount = Original Price × Discount Rate ÷ 100.
Is there no interest on interest-free installments?
With interest-free installments, the consumer does not bear the interest. The credit card company covers the interest by receiving fees from merchants. With partial interest-free installments, interest is waived only for some installments.
